Geneva Youth Art Camps Launch at Dove Block
The Dove Block Project in Geneva New York has announced a series of summer art camps for youth. Registration is required for all camps.
Camp #1, the Screen Printing Art Camp with Harold Copp, will take place from July 7 to 11, with sessions held each day from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. This camp is available for participants between the ages of 10 and 18 and is limited to 20 participants.
Camps #2 and #3 are designed to be taken together. Camp #2, “The Storyteller in All of Us,” is a screenwriting camp with Gerry Garcia. It will run from July 14 to 18, with sessions from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. daily for participants aged 10 to 18, limited to 20 participants. Camp #3, “Bring Your Story to Life,” is a filming art camp with Bernie Garcia and will follow Camp #2, taking place from July 21 to 25, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. each day for the same age group and participant limit.
Camp #4, the Farm Life Fun Art Camp with Daniell Slentz, will be held from August 4 to 8, Monday through Friday, with sessions each day from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. This camp is open to students in kindergarten through 6th grade and is limited to 20 participants.
Camp #5, the Art Styles and Movements Art Camp with Camille Santangelo, will take place from August 18 to 22, with sessions held each day from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. This camp is offered for children ages 7 to 12 and is limited to 20 participants.
