Ports Cafe in Geneva, NY, is offering a special menu for the evening of August 5, 2025. The restaurant has announced a range of appetizers, salads, and entrees that will be available tonight.

Among the appetizers offered are Cream of Portobello Mushroom Soup with Blue Cheese Crumbles, Burrata with Marinated Roasted Peppers, Shaved Mortadella, Pistachio, and Garlic Bread Stick, Street Corn Lobster Ravioli with Chili & Lime Sweet Corn, Roasted Peppers, Poblano Cream, and Mexican Cotija Cheese, Fried Cauliflower with Whipped Feta, Pickled Vegetables, Pomegranate Reduction, and Toasted Almonds, Fried Green Tomatoes with Shrimp & Crab Salad and Old Bay Aioli, as well as Chicken Wings prepared smoked and fried with Szechuan Pepper Rub, Garlic Chili Crisp, and Herbs.

The salad options include a Cherry salad with Baby Arugula, Red Onion, Gorgonzola, Toasted Pecans, and Black Berry-Balsamic Vinaigrette, and a Beet & Blood Orange salad with Baby Greens, Red Onion, Feta Cheese, Almonds, and Blood Orange-Balsamic Vinaigrette.

For entrees, the menu features Manhattan Strip Steak served with Roasted Honey Glazed Carrots, Garlic Potato Puree, Caramelized Onions, and Panko Onion Rings; Hanger Steak, charbroiled and topped with Toasted Walnut-Bleu Cheese Butter, with Grilled Portobello Mushrooms and Smashed Potatoes; and Pork Rib Chop, pan roasted, Brown Sugar Brined, and served with Creamy Summer Vegetable Spaetz.
