Greeley man arrested on 151 CSAM counts
Greeley, Colo. — On Thursday, May 21, detectives with the Greeley Police Department’s Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) unit arrested Travis Nicholson, 25, following an investigation into the distribution of child sexual abuse material.
The arrest followed a thorough investigation driven by multiple cyber tips alleging Nicholson’s involvement with the possession and distribution of child sexual abuse material.
Nicholson was arrested on 151 felony counts of distributing child sexual abuse material. Detectives seized multiple electronic devices from Nicholson’s residence for digital analysis, and additional charges may follow. The Weld County Court issued a $200,000 cash/surety bond for Nicholson, who remains in custody at the Weld County Jail.
