The Brighton District Library in Brighton, CO reported busy summer reading activities for its 2025 Summer Reading Challenge. A total of 1,003 participants between the ages of 0 and 12 took part in the event. Data from the program shows that the largest group of participants were 7-year-olds. Hilton Elementary was recognized as the winning school for the challenge. During the event, the group logged a total of 11,330 days of reading.
