**Youth Strength & Development Program Offered at Brighton Rec Center**

The Brighton Recreation Center is hosting a Youth Strength and Development program from November 4 to November 25. Classes will be held twice a week, on Mondays and Thursdays, at 5 PM.

This comprehensive 60-minute program is designed for children ages 11 to 14. Participants will engage in workouts that focus on functional movement and strength training, emphasizing proper techniques. As the participants master basic movements, the difficulty of the workouts will progressively increase.
