**Pie-Making Tips for the Holiday Season**

Sheila Beckley, a Family and Consumer Science County Specialist at Colorado State University Extension, offers advice on pie-making for the upcoming holiday season. Located in Weld County, she emphasizes the importance of food safety and perfecting the pie crust.

Beckley is set to share essential techniques through a 7-minute video that aims to help viewers avoid common pie-making mistakes. The video will cover how to achieve a Bake-Off-ready crust and provide practical tips for addressing any minor imperfections that may occur during the baking process.
