Cranford Township seeks full-time Financial Specialist

Cranford Township is seeking a full-time Financial Specialist, according to a posting shared on Facebook.

The township said the role includes assisting with day-to-day budgetary work, bank reconciliations, and payroll operations. Applicants must be proficient with Edmunds software and have Microsoft Office proficiency. The township said knowledge of Primepoint Payroll Software is a plus.

Cranford Township said municipal experience and working knowledge of tax/assessment and sewer fee collection are preferred. The candidate must be able to multi-task and have strong written and oral communication skills, and should promote positive interpersonal relations in the workplace.

The position’s salary range is $54,000-$65,000 depending on qualifications, and benefits include paid time off, health insurance, dental, and participation in the state pension plan.
