Union County Officials Mark Juneteenth Near Elizabeth City Hall
Union County Commissioner Stanley J. Neron and Union County Commissioner Joe Signorello III joined Assemblywoman Annette Quijano and local elected officials from the City of Elizabeth for a Juneteenth celebration in front of City Hall, according to a Facebook post shared on June 21, 2026.
The post said the celebration was held to close out Juneteenth weekend and Father’s Day. It also thanked the Juneteenth Committee of Elizabeth for what it described as a “beautiful way” to wrap up both occasions.
The post concluded with a message wishing a happy Juneteenth.
