The 19th Judicial District in Weld County will hold its third Warrant Clearance Day on Friday, October 4, 2024, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. The event will take place at the Weld County Centennial Center located at 915 10th Street in Greeley, Colorado.

Various agencies including Weld County Court, Greeley Municipal Court, Office of the Greeley Municipal City Attorney, Office of the Public Defender, Department of Probation Services, Weld County Pretrial Services, and Weld County District Attorney’s Office will collaborate to assist individuals in safely resolving eligible warrants.

Offenses that qualify for warrant clearance include Greeley Municipal warrants, Weld County misdemeanor, certain traffic violations, drug felony class 4 charges, and some class 5 and 6 felonies, as well as probation revocations. Offenses not eligible for warrant clearance include those related to the Victim Rights Act (VRA), assault, domestic violence, unlawful sexual behavior, and child abuse cases.
