Geneva City Schools' environmental botany students visited Ms. Luna’s NSS class to share their knowledge on cold stratification, a process that helps native wildflower seeds germinate. During the visit, the high school students explained the importance of this technique and provided wildflower seedlings from their greenhouse for the NSS garden. The seedlings included purple coneflower, butterfly bush, milkweed, snap dragons, asters, early sunflower, and columbine.
