The Town of Apex posted guidance for people planning to attend Fireworks Frenzy.

In its update, the town said attendees should bring sunscreen or hats, water or a refillable water bottle (with a water dispenser on site), and glow sticks.

The town listed items not allowed at the festival. Those items include sparklers or fireworks, alcohol, tobacco products, pets, and tents.

The town also encouraged attendees to get familiar with the parking and viewing options. It asked people to help keep the festival area clean by tossing food and drink containers on the way out.
