The Brighton Recreation Center in Brighton, Colorado, has announced a special fitness schedule to help individuals burn off the calories consumed during Thanksgiving festivities. With the average Thanksgiving meal totaling around 3,000 calories, not including seconds, the center encourages community members to participate in its Turkey Burn program.

The modified schedule is as follows:

**Friday, November 29:**

- Cycling: 6 a.m.

- Zumba: 9 a.m.

- Total Body Conditioning: 10 a.m.

- Power Hour: 10 a.m.

**Saturday, November 30:**

- Total Body Conditioning: 9 a.m.

- Zumba: 10 a.m.
