**Travel Alert: Overnight Closure of Southbound I-25 On-Ramp Near Berthoud**

The Colorado Department of Transportation has announced that the southbound I-25 on-ramp at Colorado Highway 56, located near Berthoud, will be closed overnight on Friday, November 22, from 8 p.m. to 9 a.m.

The closure is necessary as crews will be placing lane striping, moving barriers, and switching traffic onto new lanes as part of ongoing construction efforts. Motorists are advised to follow posted detour signage and should expect delays of approximately 10 to 15 minutes.

For those traveling on CO 56 and intending to head south, the detour involves turning north at Colorado Highway 60/Weld County Road 48 (exit 252), turning around, and then re-entering I-25 South.
