Lake Drum Brewing in Geneva, NY will host a free screening of the 20-minute feature film RUNNING TO STAND STILL on Thursday, May 22. The presentation begins at 5 p.m. and will be followed by a Q&A session.

Dylan Corbett, Executive Director for the Hope Border Institute, said the film weaves together the stories of those who risk everything to journey to the border and of a community working to welcome them. Corbett noted that the film captures the challenges and resilience of everyday experiences at the US-Mexico border.

The event is open to the public at Lake Drum Brewing.
