**Dense Fog Advisory Issued for Denver Metro and Surrounding Areas**

The National Weather Service in Denver/Boulder, Colorado, has issued a Dense Fog Advisory effective through 10 a.m. this morning, February 15, 2025. The advisory was released at 2:23 a.m. and is applicable to several areas, including southern Weld County, most of the Denver metropolitan area, and along Interstate 70 east to Deer Trail.

**Details of the Advisory:**

- **Visibility:** In some areas, visibility may drop to less than a quarter of a mile.

- **Hazard:** Hazardous travel conditions are expected due to significantly reduced visibilities caused by dense fog.

**Precautions Recommended:**

Motorists are advised to slow down while driving and use low-beam headlights for improved visibility. Extra caution is urged during the morning hours until conditions improve.
