**Kyle Reconnects with Manga Through Brighton District Library**

As Library Lovers' Month comes to a close, Brighton District Library shared a story about how one of their patrons, Kyle, rekindled his love for manga. Kyle, a lifelong fan of comic and graphic novel storytelling, enjoyed reading manga as a child. However, as he grew older and life’s responsibilities, like school and his career, took priority, Kyle had less time to indulge in his favorite genre.

Recently, Kyle discovered the library’s Comics Plus database, offering him easy access to a wide variety of manga titles. The service allows users to read their favorite manga and find new additions to enjoy, even when physical copies are checked out. Kyle shared how this resource reintroduced him to old favorites and new series alike, deepening his appreciation for the library.

Library Lovers' Month, celebrated throughout February, encourages readers to share what they value most about their local libraries. Kyle’s story is a reminder of how libraries, like Brighton District Library, continue to provide innovative tools and collections to serve their communities in both traditional and digital formats.

Greeley man sentenced to 159 years for fentanyl, meth distribution

Greeley, Colo. — A man was sentenced to 159 years in prison in Weld County for fentanyl and meth distribution, following the work of the Weld County Drug Task Force and prosecutors with the Weld County District Attorney’s Office, which said the case involved the removal of thousands of fentanyl pills and large amounts of methamphetamine from the community.

CDOT to install traffic signals at CO 52, WCR 41

Crews will install new traffic signals, stop lines, signage and other signal-related devices at the intersection of CO 52 and Weld County Road 41 between Hudson and Fort Lupton, according to the Colorado Department of Transportation, with work weekdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., shoulder closures and lane shifts, reduced speeds and flaggers guiding traffic.

59th Avenue Closure Remains in Effect in Greeley

Greeley, Colo. — 59th Avenue between F Street and O Street remains closed for construction, with detours via AA Street to the north, 4th Street to the south, 83rd Avenue west of the project and 35th Avenue east of it, and message boards at O Street, 83rd Avenue, N. 47th Avenue and 59th Avenue/AA Street guiding motorists while live updates are posted on the Weld County Road Advisory Map.

Greeley Police investigate after man found dead outside apartment complex

Greeley police say they are investigating the Feb. 16 death of a 45-year-old man found with a head injury outside an apartment complex, calling it an isolated incident with no threat to the community as the Weld County Coroner’s Office will release the name and the investigation continues.
