**Fire Contained at Brighton Apartment Complex, All Residents Safe**

Brighton, CO – Early this morning at approximately 8:30 a.m., crews from the Brighton Fire Rescue District, alongside the South Adams County Fire Department and the Brighton Police Department, responded to an apartment fire near East Bromley Lane and South 8th Avenue.

The fire broke out on the second floor of the apartment complex. Thanks to the coordinated efforts of the emergency response teams, all building residents were safely evacuated.

The fire was quickly contained and extinguished in the unit where it started, preventing further damage to the complex. There were no reports of injuries, and no other units were affected by the blaze.

Emergency services remain on scene to assist with any follow-up needs.
