The Brighton Recreation Center is offering a Silver Strong Weightlifting class from November 1 to November 27. The class sessions will take place on weekdays at 9:30 AM and 10:30 AM, as well as on Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:30 AM.

Participants will have the opportunity to learn how to safely and effectively use weightlifting equipment in a supportive environment, guided by a personal trainer. This program is designed specifically for seniors and aims to provide a fun and informative experience.

The Silver Strong Weightlifting class is free for members of Renew Active, Silver Sneakers, and Silver Fit. Registration can be completed by calling 303-655-2066 or by visiting the front desk of the recreation center. For more information, individuals can also contact Cate at 303-655-2235.
