This week, high schools in Brighton, Colorado, are holding Safety Check trials. Students have expressed concerns regarding the impact of these trials on their class schedules, particularly regarding how long it might take for everyone to pass through the safety checks.

The district is encouraging students and their families to participate in the upcoming School Safety Forums. At these forums, district leaders and local law enforcement will be present to address any safety-related questions that students and parents may have.
