Greeley, Colo. — The 19th Judicial Critical Incident Response Team is investigating an officer-involved shooting that occurred about 9:20 a.m. today in the 5700 block of 20th Street after officers confronted a knife-wielding 20-year-old who charged them; a Greeley police officer was injured, the suspect died at a local hospital, and investigators say the suspect had previously stabbed his 22-year-old brother, who died from his injuries.
